Sunday School begins for everyone at 8:30 am in the Grape Room (what we call our “great room”). Here, adults and children together spend 10 minutes singing a hymn, reviewing a selection from the Book of Concord, practicing a memory verse, and praying a prayer. Each month brings with it a new hymn, new selection from the B of C, new memory verse, and a new prayer. After the opening, adults are dismissed to Bible study and children to their Sunday school classes until 9:30 am, when all move to the sanctuary to join together in worship.
