Even as Your Father is Merciful

The Father has been incomprehensibly merciful to us in that, while we were yet his enemies, Christ died for all. And Christ commands us to “be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.” We are not to measure others self righteously, but to love mercy, granting it to others out of gratitude for the mercy shown to us.
